The New Years Eve was very noisy, overall is very good.
The location is great! You can walk to old town in a minute.
The light on top of the entrance of the room cannot be turned off with switch. Only way to turn it off is to take out the card.

The location was really good. It was close to the beach and the hotel can give you towel exchange for a deposit. The room was clean and we didn't stayed in a sea-view room but I imagine they are really good.

Fabulous, beautiful and fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of San Sebastin
Beautiful decor, fantastic staff, fabulous breakfast, one of the nicest hotel rooms Ive ever stayed in, gorgeous sea view from balcony, so close to centre of everything, staff always welcoming and going the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need including a lovely check in giving you all the information of the locality.

Extremely clean, wet floors upon entering and smell of clean, amazing service with an info session upon arrival and always someone there to help! The staff are attentive and friendly! Stayed an extra night because it was so great. Bed was so comfortable and clean!

Beautiful quiet place
The minute we walked into this beautiful hotel, we felt at home. The check in was very well done and a welcome drink was a lovely touch. We were given a room upgrade , us and the couple we were with also. Our room was 503 at the top with incredible views across the harbour and the bay. Everything was spotless in the room, a huge bed and able to look across the bay from it ! We had the A La Carte breakfast each day. Highly recommend as very good value and all very fresh. Nothing was too much trouble in this hotel and all was done with a smile. It's in a perfect position to walk everywhere. Especially in the evenings for all the pinxto bars. Do visit some of the ones the hotel suggest .we did and all excellent. The hotel call a taxi if you need one and they stop right outside. We will definitely stay again .Thankyou Sansebay team, you were great and made our stay really enjoyable !

One tiny thing... the shelving unit above the fridge, my husband caught his head a couple of times. Our friend did the same in his room. Maybe something could be done about the corners ?
