    Superb with great staff
    Excellent location 50 meters from Tram stop. Best and Very knowledgeable staff with bi lingual skills. Good cheap and filling breakfast. Walking distance to the Historic sights. Highly Recommended.

    Amazing stay; will definitely stay again next time we visit Bilbao!
    Location was excellent, a block from the tram station and walking distance to the lively and beautiful old town. Phenomenal coffee shop/bar, restaurant and pharmacy all within one block, as well as a beautiful church square. Room and bathroom were large compared to other hotels in Europe; lobby area was nice with plenty of room to relax, public bathroom, and free/secure luggage storage. Hotel staff was wonderful. Will definitely stay again!

    Good hotel to get to know Bilbao
    Staff is very helpful. Good location - just nearby old town. Tram and bus stops near by. Cafes and bars and grocery stores nearby - no point to take hotel's relatively expensive breakfast. Considering high price levels of Bilbao's hotels Sirimiri seems to have ok price/quality ratio.
    Rooms and premises are overall clean but show some wearing. There's no toilet brush in the bathroom!? Kettle would be nice to have in room.

    Clean beds, bathroom. Location not far from old town, though very quietneighborhood. Good desk for work. Coffee shop and bar near hotel.
    Somewhat dated interior in the lobby. No bar in hotel (vending machines available for drinks and snacks).

    The day of my arrival the person doing the check in took.a lot of time to plan a tour of the city for the customers ahead of me, leaving me waiting for a very long time. It is nice to have advise of this type but I suggest to check in the customers first and then do the value added tour suggestions when it does not conflict with check ins or check outs

    Nice hotel, clean and great location
    Really clean, spacious and good location
    It was noisy one night- people shouting in the corridor. Our shower was broken and it wasnt mended even though we asked a couple of times.
