    a 3 stars hotel but very, very close to a 4 stars.
    Almost perfect :-) I would have liked some sesame seeds or nuts or almonds and I would have preferred different kind of jam, more natural not the supermarket one (single portion in plastic, the quality was so and so but ok) also the croissants were ok but not exceptional. But as I said was It was almost perfect!

    Situation was good
    We did not got the room we had originally booked but we were down graded. We had two different explanations why this happened. When we were leaving for the dinner doors out were locked. We had to wait about 5 minutes before personel came. I find this as a safety risk in case of fire etc.

    Great hotel location with nice city views.
    Hotel was located in the historic quarter across the river from the train station. We walked from the train station, across the bridge, and hotel was at the corner. It took about 5-10 minutes to walk. The corner room was spacious with balconies and had a nice view of the opera theater across the street. We enjoyed sitting by the balcony looking out and seeing the activities along the street and town square. It was quiet and relaxing.

    Great city but would never stay with Sercotel again due to terrible customer service.
    The rooms were clean and breakfast was great. The location is perfect.
    The receptionist and the service. I booked a double/twin room but wasnt given the choice for a twin room. When arriving we were given a double and not helped to find a more suitable room or solve the problem. The other Sercotel very close by had a twin room available but the receptionist and manager refused to help us and move our reservation. We were made to feel like it was our fault we didnt have the correct room type even though no choice was given. Quite frankly the receptionist, David, was rude.
