Would definitely highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to a return visit in the future.

Excellent location as all major sites in Rome were in close distance to hotel. Our room was of perfect size, very quiet and very clean. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with many great choices. All hotel staff were the very best of any hotel we had ever previously stayed. The front desk staff always went out of their way to accommodate us in any way possible.

Absolutely Nothing! Everything was great.

Very good

Location is amazing and staff super helpful and friendly. Very clean and efficiently run with very good breakfast.

Shower was very small and toilet door very close to the bed. The small double room was clean and very nice though.

Beautiful tucked away boutique hotel on a quiet street near Rome's Pantheon. Gracious staff!

We had planned just one night in Rome and wanted a central location - this boutique hotel was PERFECT! We enjoyed a charming balcony view, over a street with only foot traffic. So quiet and yet in the center of it all, minutes walk from the Pantheon. The staff was lovely and allowed us early check-in because our room was ready. Upgraded us to a spacious suite, and accommodated a surprise extension of our stay with grace, kindness, and hospitality. I only wish we had more time in this beautiful place - highly recommend it!

The taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel since no motor traffic was allowed on the street. But they walked us to and from the hotel door with our luggage. We loved the quiet street!

A lovely holiday stay at the Hotel Smeraldo!

The location was nice, but a bit far (20 minutes) from the metro or a bus stop. Therefore we walked everywhere historic places and museums such as coliseum were a 25 min walk away, but weve been to aroma several times, so it didnt matter to us. This may be a bit of a negative for those wanting to see sights. We were there to go to Christmas markets, and Piazza Navona, and Campo Fiore were only a 5/10 minute walk, so not bad at all. We actually liked the area better than staying in those close to the mobbed tourist sights, such as the Trevi or Spanish steps. The staff were very friendly, and the room, albeit fairly small, was very clean, and had everything we needed, except a coffeemaker, but a kettle with tea bags was available, and we could grab a cup of good coffee at breakfast area and bring to our room while getting ready. All in all, it was a lovely experience, and we would stay here again.

The room size was smaller than I prefer, but no biggie. It had everything we needed. The bed though, was fit in so tightly though, that it was hard to get around it on one side to get into it. The view from our room was nothing to write home about,and the balcony was not big enough to sit on, just stand and look out. The rooftop bar was ok, not a magnificent view. We didnt get a drink or food there because the prices were super high, 16 for a drink I realized the view was nice, but wow! Other than these minor details, all was very good!
