    The place- in a forest with great views. New, clean nicely done, good , cosy very clean spa area. On corridors paintings on each floor- we felt very good at this hotel , with lot to do in surrounding area.

    Good stopover with a really good restaurant
    The spa facilities were included in the price. The highlight was the restaurant. The food was amazing. Good quality and the presentation was first class. A really pleasing experience and recommend you book as it was full. Breakfast was first class also.

    I dont have chance to have dinner in the only restaurant which was fully booked before my arrival. The message sent by the property to pre book dinning was in french language instead of english.

    Lovely break for Christmas markets in surrounding towns / cities
    Room was spacious and well laid out.
    Bar menu was a little limited for choice. Taxi's to and from Eguisheim / Colmar were expensive.

    The problem is there was animal hair all over the floor we got it all over our clothes as we spent more tine on the floor as we have a crawling baby

    Staff was great, food delicious (though we only got to try the bar menu), nature surrounding hotel is beautiful
    Tried to reserve a table at the restaurant 2 weeks prior to our stay but it was already booked out which was a pity. We ended up having the choice between walking 40 minutes to the closest restaurant or the bar card, we chose the bar menu and it was great. However we noticed peeking into the restaurant the many empty tables so cant help but wonder how that is? Also, shouldnt priority be given to hotel guests? Pool/ spa area was very full which was unfortunate, we only noticed after that we went there during the time where children are allowed hence it was quite loud and not so relaxing, perhaps this could be informed about upon check in?
