    The reseptionist has provided to us downgraded room, and with many steps to get into room for the old lady. Thanks to booking , we were able to figure out that it was not the room we were paid for .

    The room was lovely and for a buffet breakfast it was quite nice.
    The bedding was lovely but the bed itself was quite uncomfortable...both myself and my husband woke with hurting backs and my husband also had his neck hurting. Very hard mattresses.

    i would always come back to stay there, but i would not eat there. love the hotel, staff and cleanl
    i needed help and assistance for my appointments. at the reception i received all the help and advice i needed, it was perfect!
    i had dinner, breakfast and lunch. didnt like any of it. either cold, not appetizing,not tasteful. i would hire a new cook. unfortunately dinner and lunch were not cheap given the quality and lets leave it at that

    Great location and easy to walk to tons of nearby delicious restaurants, shops and town square area. Close to the mall (16min walk) and close to the water (10 min walk). Really good value for the price. While the hotel is not spectacular it is very clean and the staff are quite nice.
    The pool is not heated and not much of a gym

    Very comfortable and reasonably priced
    Location was fantastic to historic area of Punto Delgado. Size of bedroom was shockingly large. Ambiance was old-world charming.
    Breakfast was better than OK, but had fewer options for someone hoping to eat less carbs. I didn't expect the pool to be hot, but it could have been a bit warmer. Having a sign with name of the hotel on the park side would have been helpful.

    Definitely recommend.
    We thought the location was very central. The room is very clean. The rooftop pool is a nice option to have, but it was a little chilly since we went the beginning of November. Still nice to lay out. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. They accommodated an early check in and late check out which we very much appreciated! Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel and speak very highly of our experience.
    The breakfast was good enough, but nothing exceptional. The coffee was very weak, but not so important.
