We liked the location and the breakfast buffet. The welcome kit was nice as well as the staff.

The organization and the amenities of the spa aren't up to a 4 hotel star, there are no lockers and clients aren't provided with a robe and slippers unless you pay for a special room. There was a high-pitch noise outside the turkish bath, quite annoying. We couldn't use the jacuzzi due to other inconsiderate guests and there weren't lifeguards in the swimming pool area. The bathrooms aren't clean, we found two dead cocoroches. Shower gel and shampoo are the same and very poor quality as well as the hair dryer. Rooms are filled with useless furniture that we had to take out to the balcony to have more room.

Fully recommend:)

Perfect localization with free parking spots. The hotel is in walk distance from the city center and Ponta Delgadas attractions. Breakfast buffet contains different kind of food, included gluten free or lactose free products. Stuff is very helpful and friendly.

Air condition should work better or be modernized.

Excellent location, just a short 5-minute walk from the city center. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the room is consistently impeccably cleaned.

The steam and sauna were out of order despite informing the staff, and the aging shower had issues. A stain on the bathroom ceiling was unappealing. The warm/English breakfast disappointed with dry scrambled eggs and subpar ham. Only the cheeses stood out. Overall, a disappointing experience, with the only positive being the availability of local bread.

The location, rooms and breakfast were great, and the staff members were lovely and helpful. Especially Joyce at the reception and her your younger male colleague were very understanding and helpful in resolving an issue I had due to safety concerns paused by my company.

Hotel price upper range, but missing some facilities and updates

swimming pools inner and outdoors; view from the upper rooms; access to the downtown; close to airport, leas then 15min drive; 24hrs very friendly and helpful reception and stuff.

very simple and repetitive breakfast; every old gym equipments, not so many weights; for those sensitive to noise, early flights wake you up from 6h30am on since airport is really very close; air-conditioning and machines from the nearby shopping mall have intermittent noise all night around, neighbors dogs sometimes bark all night long. Outdoor swimming pool is at shadow during afternoon;
