This is a hotel for people who appreciate the poetry of classic properties, the understated elegance , tradition, and charm missing from so many glitzy newer hotels. All the conveniences a traveler expects without the feel of hyper-marketing where the customer is being worked endlessly. Location was ideal for pedestrian access to the heart of downtown.

The room had a view out over rooftop HVAC and alley but given the fair price it was a small concern.

Beautiful hotel, polite staff, very convenient

It was so close to Larimer Square and the DCPA! The room was spotless. The staff polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable!

The attached restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday night. That was really frustrating since most of the restaurants within easy walking distance were closed too when we got out of the show at 8:45pm. Wish they would be open on weekends when DCPA shows are occurring.
