Nice hotel with great staff

Nice hotel & staff. We had an issue with the heater in our first room and they were quick to offer another option.

Location was right by the tram so a bit loud as well as a number of homeless people around so we were just aware of our surroundings. Walls are a bit thin so you could hear other people.

Exactly what is needed at a good price and positive atmostphere.

Everything was smooth, the fastest check-in I've ever had. Easy to navigate inside and the perfect location outside. The staff were always helpful, nice and relaxed.

The thermostat didn't respond well.

Friendly/helpful staff. Clean facilities

Elevators not able to get to my room floor without holding down the floor number button in the Elevator. Outdated coffee makers in room. Bathrooms need to be upgraded.

We went to see a concert at Mile High Stadium. It was close enough to walk to the train to get to the stadium. Loved the downtown feel of the Magnolia Hotel. It made our weekend even more special!
