    I got a very poor room on the last floor, right under the roof. The window right above my bed let in a lot of noise (there's quite a fairly busy road nearby). The rooms are quite old fashioned and look as if they were refurbished a long, long time ago. They aren't soundproof so you can hear people from the surrounding rooms. The fridge didn't work at all. After my request, my room was exchanged for some other room with narrow bunk beds for children (the last one available due to high occupancy). I booked this hotel expecting to finish my 7-day stay in Piemont feeling comfortable and relaxed. Instead, I ended up disappointed and stressed. The price doesn't reflect the conditions. I wouldn't give this hotel 4 stars and I can't recommend it.
