Wonderful One Week Stay
Our one-week stay at your hotel was fantastic! The apartment was spacious and cozy, the large balcony offered a delightful view to the ocean and Mount Teide. Delicious breakfast options. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the excellent service.
The only drawback was the challenge of finding some parking spot.

Nice one bed apartment for our four night stay. Very clean with a large balcony and comfy beds. Staff were excellent and the self service breakfast was very nice with loads of choice. Two pool areas with ample sun beds and all spotlessly clean. Nice location with easy access to the centre of town and coast for walking. We have stayed here before and will no doubt do so again at some point.

Breakfast was quite basic and juices were artificial. Some pastries were dry and old. Gym was in squash room with few basic things that were outdated and barely working. No jacuzzi as adverrised.

Clean and comfortable with good facilities. None of the public areas were crowded. Always room by the pool. Breakfasts were great

Clean and new rooms.
Some people of the staff are not friendly. As I was traveling alone, there were people of the staff who laughed at me (e.g. in the breakfast area), because I was traveling alone.
There were members of the staff who also found it suspicious because I did my vacation alone.
Most people of the staff were friendly, but such behavior is an absolute no go.

Spacious room and facilities and great food. Good value for money.
The buffet food was excellent. The two pools and hot tub provided enough space. The apartment was larger than expected and included a small kitchen/living room area and balcony.
The bed was a bit too firm. The wifi worked/connected in the pool area and only partly in the room. The walls and windows were not well insulated and much noise traveled through.
