A relaxing enjoyable active holiday
It is a large hotel but never felt busy or crowded. We had a sea view twin room on the 6th floor. Had a great view and amazing sunsets. Be aware no sun in the morning. The location is perfect with direct access to the seafront promenade and plenty of smart shops, cafes and restaurants around. There are several swimming pools and sun beds. The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. There is plenty of choice at breakfast. We were on B&B basis so only ate dinner on the first night which was good. Be aware you need to book. Evening entertainment was great and finished by 11.

Good
Room was okay but a little dated. Door had to be forced closed all the time, air con was noisy.
Location was great for walking to restaurants and bars.
Breakfast in hotel was good with a nice selection.
Staff all seemed very grumpy and unhappy.
Checking in seemed to be a massive chore to them.
Waiters rarely smiled or seemed happy. Bar staff were lacking with queues forming constantly.
swimming pool rules were ridiculous. No having fun in the pool or your out.

We had a fabulous holiday in the H10 .The staff were so pleasant and smiley
We liked the location and fabulous view from our hotel room.
As a mature guest I felt that their wasnt enough toilets in the outdoor areas
Also I didnt like that staff allowed towels to hold sun beds around the pool areas .
