Amazing location very close to everything. Transfer was organised from the airport to hotel which was so helpful. Easy to get a taxi, Uber eats anything you needed really. In house supermarket was great had everything needed. The villa facilities were great the oven and microwave was so handy. Villa private pool was an Amazing touch. Staff were super friendly. Would 100% go again.
The food is awful. Drinks could have been slightly better. Asked for a towel at front desk took hours to come was asked several times offered to grab it myself it was off season as well so was very confused. Honestly great property but I definitely wouldnt be doing all inclusive again unless you have kids its a waste

Reception or hotel manager, very rude and they threw me out of the hotel because I didn't register a one nighttime guest once.
