From getting to and leaving to hotel,room conditions,hotel staff and cleanliness,they were all bad,only viewing and not recommending at all

Its a pleasant stay at UTO KULM

Its a car free Zone guys that means if you missed the train you cant enter to the hotel by any kind of car. So be aware of the train schedule .Good nature and calm and quiet place. They have a nice restaurant . Mr.Robin in reception is exceptional and very informative and helpful and Ms. Elena in restaurant is a welcoming and wonderful staff . Another male receptionist in night shift worked on 21/12/2023 ( I didnt get his name ) is a bad behavior person for tourism industry and a hotel industry specially front desk . He might be thinking that tourists are coming to Zurich are staying free and eating free at UTO KULM hotel. He is very rude and not willing to spend 10 seconds for a customer I think UTO KULM management has to rethink about this particular person. Again Worked on night shift 21/12/2023 at the reception.

Mixed experience. Perhaps not worth the expense?

The staff were pleasant, the location was beautiful (when not foggy), and the room was mostly comfortable. The food was delicious, if a bit expensive (but it's Zurich).

The bathroom "door" was a sliding pane of frosted glass, and it didn't close completely. If a guest required privacy, the other guest would have to leave the room. On our final night, there was some sort of function that had music blaring until 1am. My partner could not sleep because of this.

The view from the room

The staff first gave us the wrong information about where we would find our luggage (no one showed up at the train station near the hotel) we waited over 30 minutes for it at the train station he told us to go to. Managed to call the hotel and was told it wasnt that train station, we made our way back to the hotel Went back to the train station near the hotel just to find our luggage outside with no one there.
