Ok value hotel - location is ok too about 40 mins walk to the centre - was sufficient for a value stay

Good value - good breakfast but shame things kept running out at the buffet - staff were quite nice especially the first receptionist - location was not bad either lots of handy souvenir shops around but not proper shops

Breakfast kept running out and had to wait for a long time for them to be replaced also one of the coffee machines was broken so there were queues for the other ones - was tooooo busy at the hotel felt like an airport lounge at times - pool area wasnt great but it was ok - I didnt use that in the end as it was busy and not tempting - the pool area and the rest of the hotel were a bit cheap looking but overall it was clean and sufficient Oh and one more thing that I was wondering about before going there and seemed that I was correct, was that is that the hotel is very close to the airport and on the flight path so planes kept flying over the hotel during the day. Didnt hear them much when the windows were closed but wanted to add this as I wouldve liked to know about this.

1) The housekeeping staff were extremely rude. They were shouting at us and using foul language in front of us in Spanish because we had left a few take out containers on the floor. 2) The breakfast selection was not great, bread was stale, hot food would not be available if you go a little later.

Very gooood stay.

It was very nice stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Juani from restaurant. She's is a star, always smiling. Room was very good equipped and clean.

Will be nice if housekeeping puts more attention to replacing water in the rooms. We have stayed for 6 nights and got only water on the arrival.
