    We arrived late due to a plane delay. The staff would not serve us food after 10.30pm but some 15minutes later we saw food being served to other guests. The waiter advised he would try to get us food but he then disappeared

    Relaxing stay with daily beautiful Ibiza sea views
    Beautiful garden well & daily maintained , sea view from our balcony on the top floor was amazing. Helpful staff at the main front desk. Great cleaning services : thanks ladies !
    Spa was on a tiny side allowing a few people to enjoy the swimming pool or sauna ( 3 at max). Furthermore to get there you need to walk outside the building , after a few times you get used to it but its not convenient. In general the service at the restaurant was okay but for one waiter it should definitely improve .

    Lovely garden and views
    No real character . No effort made to provide a Christmas eve meal or advice as to alternative options. One member suffered vomiting after dining in the restaurant. The cleaning staff were helpful but seemed not to have an established procedure. The pleasasnt, friendly manageress ? quickly changed the subject when I reported it and asked if there were other cases.

    Everything. It was simply superb. A sea view room, wonderful breakfast - it was a perfect holiday. We will surely plan to go back.
    Nothing to complain. Not a word.

    Would NOT recommend to anyone especially if youre in Ibiza
    The view from my room, was probably the only thing I liked also after arguing to give me the room I paid for but only the next day.
    The room itself the cleaning, the food was horrendous, the staff was doing the bare minimum and did not want to be there working with the guests. I requested a room with a queen bed they gave me a room with two single beds I asked for a sea view I got the view of the trees. Did not compensate did not apologize or anything. The only thing they managed to do was put me in another room the next day and only because I was unwilling to accept that I paid extra for a room and didnt get what I was paying for. Also the concierge does not help with bags or anything, they even wanted me to call the concierge the next day to make sure they would do the to Switch.

    Perfect location. Right on the see is so stunning. The grounds are beautiful.
    The wellness area wasnt amazing. Sauna wasnt hot enough and the jacuzzi was cold

    Very nice views and breakfast. Helpful staff. With some small improvments, can get a perfect score!
    The room was very nice with amazing view (see-view room). The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of fresh products. We asked for late check out and the staff helped us directly with that. The free spa was a plus.
    The room could be a bit bigger or have a different planning; the desk and the bed were very very close to each other. The mini bar had only two beers, no selection of drinks-snacks. The gym can be improved.
