    lovely hotel with great character and helpful staff
    We had stayed at the Hotel Victoria years ago and were thrilled to be back. This time we were given complete instructions for parking. The decor is totally charming. The men at the desk are helpful. The air conditioning was out the night of our stay (fortunately it was a cool night) with repair unavailable, so we were upgraded (without our asking) to a beautiful room with a balcony. Our friend easily found a quiet space for a necessary Zoom meeting. A tasty breakfast was served in a lovely room. Highly recommended.

    The location was amazing with great balcony views of the Main Street down below.

    Great location in heart of Taormina
    Great location and staff were helpful. Great breakfast was also provided.
    Unfortunately the Airconditioner wasn't working and we had to leave windows open. As this was in the heart of Taormina and a very busy street we were woken constantly throughout the night. The beds were also a bit hard for our liking.

    Better mattress to one of the two rooms would be appreciated.

    location and could park car at facility
    it was a bit shabby, tired. Our rate included breakfast but after the first day we didn't go back to breakfast. The pastries were stale , fruit going off

    The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was excellent on the main street.
    At time of stay air-conditioning wasn't working so we had to leave windows open. It was super noisy all night. The beds were a little hard.

    Busy town but this hotel puts you in the centre of things.
    Excellent location in the centre of the town within walking distance of theatre and other sites in the town. Very good breakfast. staff friendly and helpful. I parked in the big car park just off the motorway and got the free bus shuttle into town which stops at the end of the main street, a short walk to the hotel. This is very handy. We enjoyed good meals at two local restaurants.
    The car park has a very narrow road width when ascending to higher floors such that I scraped the bumper of my hire car. It is designed for very small cars. The town was overrun with visitors of all nationalities.
