    Wonderful place
    I totally loved this place, it excedeed by expectations by far. The place is beautiful to the small detailed. The rooms are comfortable and so clean with all facilities, the breakfast is spectacular and is served in such a beautiful table, all staff is incredible helpful and nice. The restaurant food is amazing!! and all facilities in the hotel itself our in front of the lake are clean and in very good conditions. I would totally go back.
    The only thing if I would say something when you walk from the boat stop, you have to walk on the street there is no sidewalk the road is very narrow so is a bit scary.

    Dream stay with gorgeous views and beautiful team.
    What a stunning location!! The views and being lakeside was almost breathtaking. The restaurant was exceptional and the staff were the friendliest team Ive come across in a hotel. I wish I had booked much longer, a total dream being here!

    their in house dining restaurant was good and so was their breakfast.
    Woudnt advise anyone to go there if you dont have your own car. Reaching the hotel via bus was one of my most harrowing experiences till date coupled with very poor directions or help from the hotel staff although we kept calling them from St Giovanni station. when we reached, the lady at the reception behaved like we should already know everything about Como in advance. They were able to arrange a very expensive taxi for us to return to Como train station only after we said we wouldnt be staying there if they could not arrange a taxi for our return. And it wasnt as if I was not in touch with the hotel regarding all these issues prior to my booking or travel !! The room was small and cramped and was not much value for anything spent. Sorry if I sound critical, but wouldnt want to give an untruthful feedback to other travellers.

    Excellent certainly with lake view
    Excellent restaurant with good wine list and very friendly staff. The accommodation could use an update but this seems planned for next season. The accessibility for persons with walking problems should/will be dealt with in the near future.

    I liked that the property was viewing Lake Como.
    The photo in the Booking made it look like my room was on the water, it was actually across the street with a very busy street & restaurant in between it. VERY disappointing. The room itself was clean with a modern bath, but the hallways were worn out and definitely needed to makeover!

    Our stay at Hotel Villa Aurora for our Honeymoon
    We loved the central location on the lake making it easy to get short ferry rides to different locations to explore. The restaurant and bar were great quality with a large selection of food and drink on offer. The options for pizza at the restaurant was extensive and the pizzas were to die for. The fact water sports, kayaking and access to the deck and lake for swimming was included with the room. Lots of options for breakfast, including vegan options. The views of the lake were incredible. There was a safe in the room which was free to use. Rooms were cleaned every day and to a high standard.

    There needed to be more clothing storage in the room, as well as space for hanging longer items such as dresses. It would be better to have an iron in the room to make it more convenient to iron clothes. Although having the laundry room was great and did offer the option to iron and clean clothes if needed. The hotel has everything you need however, there isn't much more to do in Lezzeno, so bare this in mind as last ferry is usually around 7pm.

    The facilities were spotless. They had a beautifully clean breakfast area. The bathroom was renovated.
    We didnt know there were two buildings. The beachfront building was very modern. Our friends were booked there. We were in the original building. Across the street from the beach! The pictures on the Booking.com didnt show there was a berry busy road between us and the beach. Also, when we came in and walked up the stairs to our room, the hallways were threadbare and worn out. It gave me a creepy feeling that it was going to be a dumpy room. The rooms were much better than what the hallways portrayed. They need to renovate the hallways with either new carpet, or rip them up and tile the floors!!!!

    The hotel has a private "beach" area where you can swim in the lake, free use of the kayak and water facilities. It's only 18 mins drive to Bellagio. We paid extra for a room with balcony; the view is to die for! Staff is always on hand and very helpful. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes; delicious and beautiful ambience. Breakfast has good options too!
    The drive to Lezzeno was challenging. The roads are very narrow; you have to be extra careful. The day we drove to Bellagio to take a cruise across to Varena, we were stuck in traffic for 1.5 hours. A car fell into the terrain; it was scary.
