There are WAY TOO MORE pigeons !!! It is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE to the extent of insalubrity !!!!!!!! The hotel should REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY do something about it

Except the warm and friendly staff members, most of the things went haywire in this hotel. I did not know the overall standard has gone down so much as compared to my stay previously. Had to call 4 times from the airport for the pick up car from the hotel as no one was there to receive us despite written assurances. Thank God I had a local sim card. Had to wait for almost an hour. Every time I called, the staff in the hotel would ask me the same question. Showed that there was no coordination. The room lock went out of order several times and every time I had to rush to the reception to lodge a complaint. Ultimately I had to change the room carrying all that I had already spread in my room. Breakfast never changed its face and menu. For full six days had to eat the same breakfast. Rather boring. Tariff paid $ 133 per day was not at all worth as compared to many other comparable hotels with much better facilities in Kathmandu

Unfriendliest for a wheel chair guest. Harrowing times to negotiate to the restaurant and anywhere outside in the hotel premises. Even after staying there for full 6 days, no body bothered to give a simple wooden ramp for the wheelchair to smoothly get into the hotel at the entry gate. Thank God, the staff members were warm and helpful throughout.
