I like it, great space, luxury even tired

OK you can't change windows, I understand, but damn electrical sockets!! I couldn't even plug in the laptop, it wouldn't hold.

Pleasant

Pleasant stay overall. Liked the friendly staff and small perks that we were provided after starting our stay.

Nice garden, pool area and jogging/ walking trail. Good breakfast spread. Large rooms.

Dated / worn out furnishings in common areas and rooms. Cheap little plastic kettles. Electric sockets that didnt work. Lamps with frayed electric wires. One of our rooms wouldnt open and AC and safe didnt work- had to have electrician fix the issues. Entire hotel needs a renovation. Card was blocked for 150% of the entire stay at check-in, which can be inconvenient for travellers who might need to use the card for other purposes during their trip.
