    Great hotel right by the zoo. Great facilities, wonderful service, great breakfast. Fantastic value for money given the price of hotels in Jerusalem. If you dont need to be right downtown this hotel is a real find!

    The staff was amazing, breakfast was nice, and the pool was clean and big enough. We've been upgraded to a very clean, large room.
    The choice of SPA treatments was a little bit poor. Also, the schedule was not exhaustive.

    all and all was good. i would skip breakfast, though
    the staff was very nice and helpful. the rooms were good size and clean. the pool was great.
    the only comment i have is breakfast. it was a bit disappointing. we had breakfasts in many hotels and this one was not good. the breads were not fresh, coffee was bad.

    Excellent breakfast buffet. The pool area is really good and child-friendly but still aesthetic and fresh. The gym is small but fresh with new equipment
    The room for four people was quite small and there was quite visible wear and tear on the walls, in the bathroom, etc. The common areas, aside from the nice pool area, were quite dull.

    The facilities were clean and well maintained, the accessible parking to the level 1 rooms was a life saver! The hammocks are a great addition to the gardens.
    The dining room was under renovations and the replacement was sub par - crowded, untidy and tables were waiting to be cleared for long periods.

    The receptionists were really exceptional in their attitude and also in their knowledge of the area! We were very impressed and appreciate this. The hotel facilities are great and the swimming pool really came in handy with the very high temperatures we experienced. Very close to a bus station if you prefer to take that option for travel. Security is top!!
    No use of the coffee machine on Shabbat came as a surprise to us being that we understood this was not a religious hotel. Your personnel were however very helpful. Clear information for residents would be helpful.
