    Beautiful hotel but they need to get their housekeeping in order.
    The breakfast was average not much fruit
    They never replaced amenities, we had to phone they forgot towels , water and toilet paper. At 1700 $ a night u should never forget those basic items.

    The room was very warm and cozy. Overall experience was amazing. The view and the scenery opposite the balcony was something I will never forget. The staff of the hotel were very kind and extremely helpful.

    Amazing architecture but too hot!
    Amazing architecture inside the hotel -- walls, ceiling, floors made of wood. Tranquil pool and spa. Fantastic facilities -- real luxury. Our penthouse suite had magical views of the village and surrounding mountains.
    The lack of air conditioning in our suite during an early September heatwave (28C+) was a big negative. We left our window open at night to get the cool night air, and were given a strong fan to try to circulate the hot air. Unfortunately, that caused me to develop sinusitis that lasted for over a week. Not what I expected from a luxury hotel. Heatwaves are not going to go away in coming years, and luxury (and ordinary) Swiss hotels will have to retrofit their rooms to provide air conditioning. (In Australia we have a very hot climate; we also have air conditioning.)

    We could rest and relax, very agreable. Nice walks in the neighbourhood.
    The room was very comfortable, the swimming pool superbe, the restaurant excellent. the staff is very friendly and helpfull
    Only the alarm which switched the lights on at 7 in the morning because of the thunderstorm.... But the Hotel is not responsible for the incident

    We had a great stay, no complaints, just wish Rougemont as a place was more lively!
    Very warm, helpful and friendly staff.
    Though the staff goes out of their way to meet your expectations, the food menu could have been better, more extensive.

    a hidden gem
    fantastic mountain lodge in one of Switzerlands most beautiful villages. modern wooden chalet with huge but cozy lounge, great bar, very friendly staff and nice spa/gym/pool amenities. nice, modern rooms, great view of the mountains overlooking the village. ideal place for a weekend chilled getaway. Highly recommended for couples. bonus: dogs are accepted!
    Pool is not that big.
