    Gorgeous hotel in a wonderful location with helpful and friendly staff.
    Lovely boutique hotel within close proximity to the Eiffel Tower. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay, lovely assortment of breakfast items to start your day in Paris. The bed was super comfortable, with plenty of room for our short stay. Highly recommend this hotel as your base in central Paris.
    The stairwell can be quite dark before the sensor lights turn on and the bathroom was on the smaller side.

    Friendly little hotel
    Well placed for visiting Paris. Very friendly staff. Bedroom and bathroom clean; ours were a bit on the small size but quite confortable. Good choices for breakfast. Would certainly consider coming back.
    Soundproofing within the htel not brilliant if you have noisy neighbouring guests. We would have appreciated a kettle or coffee/tea making machine in the room.

    Standard Parisian stay- I would recommend for short stays only.
    The location is pretty good - the nearest metro station is just a two-minute walk away. Breakfast is standard continental, with a French twist- pretty good overall although the same every day, so if youre staying over three days it can get pretty boring. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The interior is interesting, the aesthetic is very Parisian- the quarters are small and tight which is great, but people should have that in mind if they require lots of space.
    Cleanliness is not their forte. The towels had stains and the curtains were dirty. The overall feeling isnt that its particularly filthy, but this price does require more.

    It was 10 min walk from the eiffel tower, we had 3 metro stations 5 min walk from the hotel and a Carrefour nearby. Breakfast was amazing, staff very nice.
    The room is a bit rusty, we had some mold in the bathroom and near the window the pain was falling, the heat radiator had a sound of water running so we had to turn it off at night, the rooms were close to eachother so you can hear everything, the double bed had 2 separate matresses so it was a bit annoing, the elevator was in maintanance both days we were there so from the 4th floor we had to go up and down by stairs.

    Overall good, the only issue was the mold.
    The positioning was excellent, close to city attractions and to subway station.
    During our stay we started to feel quite bad while in the room and cough, mostly overnight because during the day we were out. Only on the last day we found that there was mold around the window and that the window was all dripping water due to condensation. This made the sleeping very uncomfortable.
