Superb

Location was amazing!

Really liked the location and the rustic building. We didn't have breakfast but it looked very good. The bar was handy and reasonably priced for a quick round before heading off out to explore. The hotel is literally in the middle of the old town so it's ideal for a short stay. Highly recommend!

Great location, have stayed here before. But there was much better service from the carpark. Which could be better advertised. It's a good service and the staff are friendly and it's easier to use than it seems. The staff in the hotel are very happy to help. The breakfast selection is great from cooked, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee and juice. Well worth the money.

I would say some deep cleaning in the rooms would make for a better stay for the winter guests. After the busy summer season. Under the glass on the tables, both sides of the doors etc

Excellent room, wonderful staff, lovely breakfast. Dogs are very welcome here.

Parking was difficult to find. Our room was in annex without working air conditioning. There are no windows. I went to the desk at 1 am to complain. The man working reluctantly came to the room to check the thermostat and confirmed it was not working. He did however let us use a fan as requested. No compensation was offered.

Fantastic location in the middle the old city of Carcassonne. Great (glutenfree) breakfast. Kind and helpful staff, that takes pride in the hotel. Secure parking and seamless shuttle service. Tip: get out before breakfast for a quiet stroll around the medieval streets and along the inner walls of the city.

Fantastic hotel. Great staff. I doubt theres a better hotel location on earth. Literally other worldly.

Such a stunning location. The gardens were a work of horticultural art. Really perfect. The staff were so helpful and always courteous and friendly.

Im would imagine that a refurbishment is on the cards as its maybe a little dated and suffering from basic wear and tear, but thats me being fussy. The price matched the hotel well and we had a great stay.

Lovely dreamy place!

It was a delightful hotel

Just a couple of things: the room was really really hot and my partner struggled to sleep. We opened the windows but it was still VERY warm. And then we came back for a drink at the hotel bar around 23.30 and it was already closed, which we found a bit disappointing for a Saturday night.
