Very good

Amazing location a really comfortable room with a beautiful balcony. We loved that there was a pool (it is a little small but didn't bother us!) Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

A disappointing stay in a great location

The location was great. The toiletries in the bathroom were exceptional. The cafe was very sweet and reasonably priced.

The room was much smaller than expected. The view of the castle, which we paid extra for, was partially obscured by the trees outside, we would have preferred a room on a higher floor. The room didn't have a wardrobe or cupboards for clothes, so most of our clothes had to just lie on the floor. The swimming pool, though inside and alledgedly heated, was very cold and we didn't get a chance to enjoy it (we chose the hotel partly because it has an indoors pool). The room was clean but looking tired and the carpet was dusty, it needs a proper deep clean and a paint job. The chromecast in our room didn't work, the hotel staff member we asked to help tried to fix it and couldn't do anything, he promised to come back in 10 minutes but never did, the chromecast was not fixed and nobody followed up with us the next day. Overall, a disappointing stay for the price, there were offers of 30-40% less than we paid in other hotels but we chose to pay more to get a nicer experience which we did not get.

Very friendly staff and a great location

Great location to reach Carcassonne main town or "La Cite" (the castle). Lots of nice little places to eat just across the river from here. The restaurant and bar here are also very good.

Good affordable hotel with great views and super friendly staff in a great location

Fantastic location, perfectly placed between the old centre and new centre, great views of the for and castle and the river. Super friendly staff, every staff member was great. Hotel was quiet but we are in the winter months and thats not a bad thing for a couples chilled weekend away. We had a nightmare getting back to the airport and the hotel helped us to get sorted hours after checkout by ringing every taxi in carcassonne! Not sure its quite 4 star but a really good 3 star in my opinion and certainly would stay again. Shower was amazing too

The room was dusty, a little more attention to detail with the cleaning would have been appreciated, dusty vents, dusty lights and corners and sealings, not dirty by any stretch but definitely nobody looking up when cleaning!

Highly recommend for clean, comfortable accommodation with good location and view

Brilliant location right by the bridge to the old town. Fabulous view from rooftop bar. Modern, clean comfortable hotel. Nice small indoor pool area. Water dispensers on each floor are a plus too.

Overall very good. A mini fridge would have been a nice extra feature.

Exceptional room with probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Had a stunning view of the old city which was given to us as a free upgrade.

If I could change something would be a broader menu. Otherwise everything else was very nice.

Black painted walls and dubious art work! Breakfast area needs updating and windows need cleaning to take advantage of the incredible view Needs drinking glasses and coffee mugs in room
