The Boullabaisse brought a tear to my eye.

We stayed here as a well located base for our trip to Carcassonne. 7 min walk up to castle area.Dinner at the restaurant (2 star Michelin) is a once in a lifetime memorable experience (the tasting menu). A joy & a thrill. Everything from food, service, room, every detail to perfection. Bedroom was large, stylish & comfortable, terrace, nespresso machine, welcome drink, fruit & small bites. Bikes available free of charge to explore Carcassonne. Gardens, great breakfast, top class staff.

Fantastic stay in a superb hotel

Room was exactly as described - lovely touch on arrival with treats and bedtime snacks with turndown service. Staff were very helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Would have liked to sample the restaurant but the prices were too steep for us!

Modern, cozy and chic

We loved the room decor and amenities and private deck with hot tub. Great parking onsite and very attentive staff. Perfect romantic getaway for a couple and a short walk to Carcassonne.
