Horrible and uncomfortable.

The property was very dirty, everywhere, from the cutlery and coffee cups not well washed, the floors on the corridors and rooms. I would say that its a one star hotel not 3 at all, and doesnt worth the money, I would not pay even 40 for a night there. When we arrived on the 31/12/2023, the trip was meant to be a relaxing one and not a stressful one, the room was terrible dirty, beside the fact that was very small and vintage looking with no facilities in the room and a old cupboard in front of the bed that would take all the space away, for the money that we paid, 300 for 3 nights we had not even a bottle of water in the room. In the 3 days that we stayed there the housekeeping never come to clean the room, just put new towels on the bed and thats it. The carpet in the room was so dirty when we arrived that we were afraid to walk in socks in there, and obviously the smell of old and humid. I definitely do not recommend to stay there, for this amount of money you can stay in a much better one, obviously when I booked I trusted the pictures from booking, which are far from reality. They are in a good location but for me that its not all, when I go in holidays I want a nice clean room and to be able to relax, which I did not have.

Disappointing

The breakfast was very good, varied and mostly excellent. The coffee was below average.

The state of the room, the cleanliness and the mattress were bad. I found big spiders in the room.

Room was great for one person, everything you need. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great location right along the lake.

It was very clean and comfortable. Great for a short stay or even a long stay.

Very good

Nice modern hotel with enjoyable garden and good restaurant.

This is a modern hotel spanning over two buildings. Amenities are good. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.

No room service. Empty fridge. Not much to complain about to be honest.

Good hotel in a dream city

I stayed new building aide and room looks so elegan. Location is not bad if you will use no:60 bus you can walk in 4 minutes to hotel. Breakfast was perfect.
