    A hotel to remember with a great location, excellent helpful staff, and good value for money
    We arrived on the Saturday for a charity race on the Sunday. The reception staff went out of their way to help us - from letting us check in early, leave our bags, have somewhere to change on Sunday after our race. They were cheerful and interested and welcoming. Our rooms were good, beds very comfortable and everything was clean and cared for.

    people were amenable, the car park was a bonus,
    Breakfast didn't cater for non dairy We requested a room with two single beds (as well as one double room) and that wasn't the case

    Id rather sleep on the street.
    location ok. receptionists ver nice
    room hot and stuffy, air con not working. a toilet so small and cramped it was unusable. cleaning trolly left outside my door 24/7. stupid maid told not to clean my room as I wanted to sleep but still came in 3 times to wake me. two tiny paper cups in room for coffee. no milk, no tea spoon. terrible.
