    The hotel's location and proximity to the Capitol and other important toursitic spots.
    After the first night they forgot to change our towels but it was fixed shortly after.

    Located close to the busiest street, view on bus station, well connected to the airport (shuttle just behind the corner), noisy but the room was quiet.
    receptionists have to manage 10 other things (like sorting incoming clean towels and linen, or breakfast) and do not really have the time to be receptionists.
