We liked the view being on a higher floor. And the bartender Tuesday night was nice.
The food at dinner time was undercooked and raw. Thought it would have been better foods for thr price. Breakfast was better then we have had in the past for free breakfast. Front desk lady at check in had zero personality and was rude. She was very dry with her answers and repetivite instead of being more clear. And having to pay $54 for valet is way to high. You pay for parking everywhere you go in Denver and now you gotta pay even after paying for an expensive hotel! Bunk, should be included. The bathroom door didnt lock or latch in room, the mini fridge was turned up all the way so it was running very hot. We turned it down and let it alone to see if thelat would help. It did. Stains all over the brown window shade you see once you pull It down that I won't go into what it looks like, and very uncomfortable bed.

Spotless, modern hotel with a great beds and pillows, steps away from the center.
They accommodated my request for a high floor, the room was spotless, nice modern, walk in shower, comfortable bed (and pillow! which can be a game changer!). I was only sorry that I didn't have enough time to relax in my room a little longer.
I was happy to know there was a hot breakfast available, however, I ended up eating very little of what I put on my plate. No whole grain options for bread or bagels (only white, processed), only offered 'grape' jam, the eggs (as is typical in these buffets at hotels) were dry and tasteless, potatoes also tasteless.

The location was close to the Denver Center of Arts and was going to a play
Well, we arrived early and the clerk said there was a $25.00 early check in fee---so we agreed to have that added to the bill. We went to our room #2106 and we had made plans for our friends to meet us in our room prior to the theatre. Our friends all had their own rooms in this Hyatt House (yes we had a total of 5-rooms). We were all visiting in our room (2106) and one of the friends went to use the bathroom and there was NO DOOR on the bathroom. I called the Front desk and told them that we were missing the bathroom door and asked to speak to the Manager. Next thing we knew the lady Manager was at our room and asking us how many people were in the room---yes there was a total of 10 people in our room. She kept counting the people with her fingers and she said the room was only for 2-people and that we had asked for a upgrade ?!?! We were confused and did not understand why she was concerned about our friends in the room ---we just wanted her to see that there was no bathroom door. She looked at the bathroom door briefly but kept asking how many people are in our room and that we were given a complementary upgrade and we were not charged for an "early check-in". We were confused (it was hard to understand the lady Manager) and said that we did not ask for an upgrade just an early check-in. Discussed I had booked this room several months ago and I could not remember even what the room looked like but I was sure that the bathroom door was probably in the Booking.com picture! She did say that we could move our room but it might be a little while before we could move----but again we were headed to the theatre and did not have time. When she left she turned around and counted all of our friends again and mentioned that I only booked two (2) people in this room! When we got our final bill the valet was charged twice ($54 x 2) and I called them at least 10-times and it still has not been refunded. I do have more to say about this stay.....
