Very happy with the stay and will stay there again.

The staff for breakfast were super friendly, the breakfast that was included with the stay had a great variety, and the staff kept the space clean despite how busy they were. The room was clean and the dog walking area was a huge bonus. The indoor pool was also great. The gentleman who worked in the lobby was very accommodating and helped us get our luggage loaded in our car while making sure folks were getting in and out since it was so busy.

We updated our reservation to add a day and the hotel staff states the didn't know but they were told by booking.com while I waited on the phone and I called to confirm after receiving and emailed confirmation from booking.com. The woman at the front desk acted like she couldn't meet the extra day even though we were standing there with nowhere to go. After being a little upset with her she was able to find a room to accommodate our family. Other than this issue the stay was great.

Best place Ive stayed hands down. Greeter who helped load and unload our luggage was by far the best human being Ive ever met, nicest person.

Excellent stay, well be back!

The location is fantastic. Our room was great for a familyand a dog! It had a living room with a sectional and a kitchenette with a full sized fridge and freezer, microwave, two-burner stove, AND a dishwasher!

The Belgian waffle makers at breakfast were a hit, hence the long lines to make one. More waffle makers, please!

The staff were very friendly upon arrival, fast check-in. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was good with a variety buffet to choose from.

I didnt like being up so high, 14th floor, next time Ill request a lower floor.

Great place to stay with your pet!.

Every part of the room was comfortable, especially the bed. The kitchen was efficient and well equipped. The rooms were spotlessly clean!

The thermostat couldn't be set below 68. But that didn't mean it was terribly uncomfortable. It just wasn't as cool as we keep it at home.
