    Clean Ang fairly new built
    The power for the TV and lights would go out. No help from the front desk. The temperature was not working. The room was cold. No body soap was in the container in the shower

    Liked the area, nice restaurant near by and a safe walkable area. Not the typical Hotel around the corner in Bakersfield. Safe to be around.
    Missing the full body mirrors. It's a must to have full body mirrors in every nice decent Hotel.

    I usually book thru u we like the location and the rooms
    The staff was rude I am shocked I had to pay 25 extra dollars for check in 1.5 hrs early . We usually book thru hotel did booking.com for another reason and it seemed I was punished for it. Rooms was disgusting shower filled up with water and noticed there was a ball of black hair on drain that was covered by the metal plate. I am usually on the sound side this time north side room itself wasn't too bad but shower and staff were horrible and the 25 extra charge was unnecessary I might try another hotel next time

    Great hotel, lovely staff, clean but could have better beds!
    The staff was so nice and helpful. The property was clean.
    The bed was a little uncomfortable and the body soap smelled rotten and gross.

    Nice place to stay in Bakersfield.
    The location was very convenient. There were some decent places to eat nearby. Overall, the staff was nice. The room was clean, and the shower and bathroom was very clean. The coffee and fruit were very good.
    The HVAC unit in the room was noisy enough to wake me throughout the night. The oatmeal was a little watery. I didnt really like the eggs.

    I like the fact that it was very quiet. Was able to sleep all night. No voices heard in hallway, no doors heard opening or closing, or people snoring.
