The staff was great, very professional.

The room smelled like smoke, the room looked old, and cigarette burns in the carpet. The carpet looked very dirty and old.

Terrible place for family. My children were scared the whole time.

Drug use throughout the property. Stone faced apathetic front desk staff. You should be ashamed to call yourselves Hyatt.

Drug use rampant throughout the property. Riff raft as guests. Terrible customer service from the front desk. Stone faced apathetic front desk workers. I should file a claim with BBB. This is not a Hyatt. This is a slim village.
