Wish it was like Holiday Inn Express.

Had to pay $7/day for parking. Didnt need parking. Had nothing to park. Bar in lobby unstaffed and uninviting

Disappointing visit

Place is clean. Looks nice. Felt safe in the area. Nice lounge area in lobby, though small, with table for workspace available. Room was large with muted lighting. Decent seating. Staff is friendly.

Paper thin, worn out towels. Room was only alloted one hand towel and washcloth. Beds were very uncomfortable. Mattress kept sliding off frame. Room coffee pot was broken and overflowed. Snack area has a few chips, sodas, prepackaged cookies, candy with a Starbucks bar. Bar "ran out of food" early. Definitely not a bar, just a couple of bottles. Breakfast was very limited with one employee left to try and keep up with demand. Hot breakfast was 4 items actually all room temp. Other items available were basic and not well controlled for temperature: juice, milk, melon, giant bowl of yogurt, bagels, instant oatmeal, a couple of cereals. We pay more for hotels with breakfast so we can just hit the road after checkout. Today we'll be stopping for breakfast 1st. Disappointing overall.

Beautiful, updated facility! Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very good breakfast, nice location, overall friendly staff (sometimes more, sometimes less, but overall fine)

Missed a lot a desk lamp! (so a bit inconvenient for working, but not a big deal) The water pressure in the shower was bit weak. Also, my bathroom was out of shower gel but there was soap and shampoo available.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location close to everything. We had a really nice stay in Lubbock.

Need to get better

Location was good because of familiarity of the area. Close to restaurants. Ice machines on each floor.

Mildew and mold in the shower and bathtub. Room was not cleaned properly and carpet was dirty and stained. Couldn't hurt to maybe, oh you know, run a carpet cleaner in the room every now and then. Breakfast was cold and unappetizing. PARKING FEE of $7.00 is just another hotel ripoff along the line of "Resort Fee" and "destination fee". At $160 per night one could be excused for thinking that parking should be included in the price of the room as it is at every Motel 6 and Super 8 for crying out loud.
