    I will return when I'm back in Lubbock
    Location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable.
    I thought for the price that the continental breakfast should have been included. It was $10 I didn't see any signs to tell me where the ice machine was located and there wasn't any water bottles in the room.

    I would like to get some of my refund back. For less thenm a half of stay
    When me and my guest arrived to the hotel room wasnt ready, We had been on the road for about 7 hr to attend our Grandson College football game. And I asked can I get some kind of refund we was so tired and wanted to get some rest and we was there 3:30 pm. But being it was a third party I would have to take it up with yall I was so frustrated wanted to get clean up but wasnt able to because rooms wasnt ready.
    Our Room wasnt ready and didnt get at least some refund our money back for cost of the room which was just to high. For not to have rooms ready. Yall charge me around $300 or more for this room who wants to that for less then half of stay.
