    We only stayed for one night, we were satisfied but probably wont stay again
    Good location, quiet, great front desk staff, accommodating, soft beds
    Elevator was making a loud noise and did not seem safe. Ive stayed at dozens of hotels but none with a worse breakfast than this place.there was a package of red hots candy under one of the beds so I dont think they cleaned too good

    Instructions for the thermostat on the wall... it contains a power button to be ON or the system will not run... no ac all night.

    Overall the facility is one of the best weve stayed at. Im very picky but they exceeded my expectations.
    Wet clean well maintained quality set up.
    The breakfast needed more healthier options

    I probably wouldnt stay here again.
    The property itself was nice and good location. Staff was also friendly.
    Our room wasnt the cleanest. Water spots were on the shower door and there was hair from the previous guests on the shower floor. The shampoo and body wash bottles that are in the shower were also completely empty so I had to go down to the front desk and ask for more shampoo. On our second night there, we came back from a wedding and the entire hotel, including our room, smelled like sewer.

    Clean and friendly place to stay in Lubbock
    Breakfast was solid......liked the omelets. Coffee was good. Rooms were nice and I liked that I was asked at checkin if I cared to have my room cleaned during my stay. Staff were very friendly. Fitness room was very nice. And I loved the large outdoor seating area out back....I enjoyed having my coffee out there.
    The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. Also there was a little bit of road noise but it didn't last all night.

    Next day we were moved to new room which we were much happier with. Marriott agreed to give us Bonvoy points credit for
    Nice common area and outdoor area (although we didnt use either this trip).
    Our king room on first floor was next to water heater room which was very noisy and woke us up in middle of night. Also room had a fish smell from the moment we stepped into it. Luckily we had travel size Lysol spray with us even though it just masked odor for awhile. Unable to move to another room until next day beside hotel was sold out. Shower grout looked permanently discolored which made it seem dirty. Small room. Breakfast was average - weve had better and weve had worse at different brand hotels.

    It was ok but no sleep!
    The gym was great. Breakfast was good and the staff (Lisa) at the front desk was awesome!
    We asked to switch rooms because the AC in the first room was making a consistent loud noise. In the second room, there was consistent noise/whine from the mechanical room. We were unable to change to yet a 3rd room.

    Great hotel for a short stay
    Loved the dcor and the outside patio. TV was nice and big and everything was modern and clean. The bathroom was great and the shower was amazing.
    The pool was freezing, even in 95-degree weather. The room was small. A little cramped.
