    I specifically reserved 2 rooms with king size beds bc my husband. And I are large people and neither room had a king bed and the front desk clerk was rude and I reserved on booking.com and my total was $268.94 including taxes and fees and my credit card was charged $160 twice for a total of $320

    The size of the room and restroom were a big plus, as was the kitchen. The location was what we were looking for. As far
    The lobby was very clean. The size of the room and bathroom were wonderful. The front desk attendant on our second day was very pleasant.
    The room had a lot of dirt in the window track. The fitted sheet or mattress cover was a very loose fit. Made for uncomfortable sleep at night. The table tent in the restroom listed all the available toiletries that were available; I had to ask for shampoo, body lotion and an extra roll of toilet paper. The room was also missing a hair dryer; I like to not have to pack toiletries and a hairdryer.

    Made the stay not even close to a leasure stay more of a hassle

    Had to move rooms 3 time was dirty had workers handing out keys to the pool its was ok until a couple that was not staying there brought 8 kids with them to swim they were tying to push the gate open to the pool and shaking it making a big scene ,suggest people that pay to stay there should not have to share the pool with outside residents or have your staff give them a key to the pool area ,very disappointed on the cleanliness of the rooms on top of that
