    The location is clean and well kept management was not nice. Christine was rude and disrespectful.
    The property was nice. The rooms were not cleaned towels were not changed out. Christine was rude when we decided to check out early.
    Christine was very rude and tried to tell us we couldnt check out early. We just needed to head out early and tried to explain this to her and she said well you cant get your money back. We let her know we were only trying to check out early to let them know that we were done with the rooms. Very rude and condescending.

    Greaqt location with lots of options around it!
    The motel was very close to the Apex Center where we were attending a tournament. Lots of food choices and shopping near by.

    Fairly easy check in. Took a little longer than necessary. But overall not horrible.
    I didn't like that they had decaf coffee in the rooms nor do they keep any coffee out in the area except during breakfast time. That's ridiculous! The hot tub was not open at all, but it didn't state that on the website. The "refrigerator" ending up freezing my grapes & lemonade just overnight.When we checked out nobody was at the counter to check us out. We left the keys on the counter with no "thank you for staying with us"
