    10 out of 10 would recommend and stay again!
    I love staying at the Wingate as always the staff is very sweet, helpful and very accommodating. I forgot to pack coloring books for my kids so they can have extra things to do, and I asked her front desk if they could please print out some coloring pages for my kids and they said as long as I sent it to their email they could.
    The only thing that I did not like was that their computer in the lobby that the guests can use was out of order. However it was a problem that was easily fixed by asking front desk to print stuff for me.

    Simple and I like the Dove sample sizes.
    Simple stay during a quick road trip.
    You could hear other guests walking but couldn't tell if they were in the hallway, above you, or in the room with you. Freaked me out a couple of times.

    Great place to stay.
    This is my third visit in Lubbock, my Niece goes to Texas Tech. My room is always ready. The Staff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms and property are always in great shape. The breakfast is a true hot breakfast.
    This has nothing to do with the property and they can do nothing to improve it. The city of Lubbock has soft water, making it hard to rinse off soap when you shower. However I have never ran out of hot water to shower in.

    Perfect location for where I needed to be. It was quiet but not isolated.
    On Monday of our stay the breakfast was cold. (No warmers on). Over the weekend it was perfect

    Needs help!
    Staff was super nice and accommodating. The location was nice to be close to the university.
    All of the sofa and chairs in the common areas are filthy and stained. The wall above our bed had about 10 pieces of scotch tape stuck on the wall. The toilet made a horrible loud noise. The chair in the room needs to be repaired or replaced. The king-size bed had standard sized pillows. The "breakfast" was terrible, eggs were cold and tasted awful and so did the sausage. And the side entry door was not working.

    Amazing stay!
    Everything was so clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. The location was perfect.. minutes from everything we needed! We will for sure be staying here again when in Lubbock!
