Disappointing

Keep looking. This place lacking basic maintenance.

Friendly staff. Clean linens. Safe location. Easily assessable.

Cleanliness could be better - vents and shower drains not in good repair. Ice machines did not work and looked about to rust out. Breakfast a sad affair - and needed more housekeeping effort.

It was a very comfortable stay. Housekeeping, especially Susie, was very nice and cheerful.

Customer service, housekeeping and they accommodated my daughters allergy with ease and care.

Won't stay here again!

The location is perfect! We've stayed here before so chose it again but this time was not good!

The bathtub didn't drain! The sink didn't drain and had to get the soap wrapper to hold the drain thing to even use it! We had to go get sheets etc for the fold out couch (they are always in the closets at hotels). Lots of hair in the bathtub! The bed was like a rock! The room for whatever reason smelled dirty when we walked in! Also minor but the phone didn't work to call for sheets for the couch, once I finally called(on my cell) about it they said go down and get them myself! Also no hair dryer in the room!
