    room face to I-17 is vwry loudy, cannot sleep at all.
    nothing but drop the room immediately.
    very loud, the room hotel give to me is <10m directly face to I17 at 4th floor , heavy traffic loud, annoying when I step in the room, ask to change to another side away from I-17 highway but not available, drop the room immediately. very disappointed for this Hyatt Place

    hope it'll be better next time, as the location is very good for us.
    Room looked worn. Furniture had stains and rips in upholstery. Food was less than expected. Not enough. prepared food other than oatmeal.

    Overall it wasnt too shabby, but the smell was overpowering.
    Free breakfast and location right off the freeway was excellent
    The hotel stunk.. Im pretty sure it was the carpets, and stains were visible on the floor and couches the right elevator stunk like mildew or wet unfinished carpet

    The room was clean, especially the restroom. The beds and sofa hideaway bed were great. Contental breakfast was on point. I would definitely bring my family here again.
    I think all the carpet in the room should be replaced. I would bring my family here to stay again.
