The property itself was beautiful! The decorations, design, and multiple seatings throughout the main floor was a plus.

The rooms were outdated, the front door had a gap, you can hear the room next door, and there was no option for room service. The hotel is in the process of updating the rooms!

Not the typical Hyatt experience

The lobby area with the koi fish was decorated really nice. There's free covered parking that leads you directly into the hotel. The bed was comfortable.

One of the days of our stay housekeeping didnt come until 10 minutes until it was allegedly time for them to leave fornthe day, 5pm, and by that time, I was getting ready to leave for the evening so I asked them to come back later. When I spoke with one of the housekeepers in the hall, shortly after 5pm, when they were supposed to be gone for the day, she said she would go by and clean the room but didn't. The button on the elevator in the lobby simply went missing one night, and when we alerted the front desk, the woman simpky said she would inform the electrician who had been there working on it. Terrible lighting in the rooms. The television didn't work for 2 nights of our stay. The toliet wouldn't flush one morning. There are not many outlets in the room for charging electronic devices, etc. The sliding door to the closet made it difficult to both store and remove clothing. The parking lot is a tad confusing.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. It was also walking distance from the office.

The room was a little frayed around the edges. Some of the furniture needs replacing (Although comfortable). The breakfast buffet was not available during my stay.

Very good

Enjoyed my stay. I will choose this hotel for future stays.

Room comfort and good price including free covered parking

The room was very dark. Upon entering my room and turning on the entry light, I struggled to find a light switch for the rest of the room. I had to walk around a dark room until I found the switch on one of the table lamps. Even after I had ALL of the lights turned on, the lighting was poor.
