Very nice and clean! Friendly staff and convenient parking.

The door for the room was stuck was afraid possibly lock myself in the room. The room was cold it took over 2 hrs for the room to go up 2 degrees.

Badly managed, average food, good location for the energy corridor.

Card keys did not work even when rekeyed and they were not anywhere near a phone or other electronic device -- therefore several trips back and forth from the hallway outside the room to reception. Reception did not answer the phone, or rather did answer then immediately left us on hold for more than ten minutes while we were trying to get parking information. Ahead of check in, we received a note from the hotel via booking dot com's messaging that masks were required in all public areas in agreement with CDC guidelines. First of all, this is not in agreement with CDC guidelines, and second, we replied 2x asking for clarification but were never answered. When we arrived, masks thankfully were not required, but then how hard can it be to fix the original message or reply to easy questions. Overall, the management and reception come across as unresponsive or hardworking but overworked.
