    The location is great, right down the street from the House of Blues and other great venues and restaurants. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices and was a wonderful plus. The cocktail hour was really great and the bartenders are really friendly.

    The breakfast was surprisingly good. Location was exceptionally close to the Toyota Canter.
    Arrived to find that our reservation was lost....took 40 minutes to find it and that's after showing the confirmation as soon as we arrived. Paid a little extra for a city view...4th floor that faced a wall.....then finally was put on the 14th floor....great view however we froze due to heater not in working order, and we called to report the issue ...we will not return to this hotel ever! At check out the only thing that was said about our experience was I'm sorry have a bag with water and chocolate....like that was going to fixed our stay.

    WILL NOT BE RETURNING
    This used to be our GO-TO hotel, but now we will NOT be returning. The location and the breakfast are the only things that remain good.
    First of all the staff seems to hate their jobs. Our room's carpet was stained, the sofa was stained, there were no smart TVs, the shower dripped all the time, the bathroom door was defective, etc, etc, etc.

    I won't be back, ever.
    The room was great my wife and I were both impressed and felt quite comfortable there during our stay
    The two hotel staff members who checked us in were incredibly unprofessional, left us waiting to check in for 30+ minutes after we told them we were running late for our concert. Reason given to us was because we booked through booking.com and that "complicated things." This was after we waited for over an hour in one of the most unorganized valet lines I personally have ever witnessed just to drop off our car. The next morning checkout was literally a nightmare for every customer who valeted as we were lied to and disrespected by the hotel/valet staff and kept waiting for nearly TWO HOURS. Two hours standing in the lobby waiting on our car to return from valet. Never seen a worse valet service and the other staff members we interacted with seemed to be of similar merit. TERRIBLE STAFF.

    Seems very clean
    I was told prior to my arrival that the mini fridge had a freezer only to find out when I got here it doesnt. My husband is disabled and we have to use a freezer for his pain therapy. The charcuterie board (grande) got me sick. The meat smelled off and just the few bites I had made me ill the rest of the night. I should have gotten the pizza during the evening reception instead. Hopefully, the breakfast wont make me ill.
