Superb

Great place to stay with small kids

Location of this hotel is excelent, right on the beach, not in the port area but still close to have shops and markets nearby. The pool was amazing, great place for kids to have fun and play. The food was delicious on all meals.

We had half board and we found it strange to have to pay for water at the restaurant considering there was free water for all guests in the hotel's hallways. Water should be free in the restaurant.

Location was great . Children area in swimming pool was great . Housekeeping did very good job every day .

Food wasnt great . Wouldnt go all inclusive. Rooms a bit small

Perfect stay for family

Room was a nice size and ideal for what we needed. Considering we are travelling with a toddler, all we really needed was a nice, child safe, comfortable room which we had. And a nice balcony view of the pool and sea. The pool has a few slides which are ideal for the kids and a nice big main pool for older kids and adults. Entertainment every day, and fitness classes at the pool were a bonus for those wanting to get involved. At the far end of the pool was a few steps down to a nice big sandy beach and clear blue sea. Breakfast buffer catered for every taste in our opinion. Plenty of choice fir the little one too. Many people, us included, would take a few small items for the little one to have at lunch time. Kids entertainment every day at 5pm went down well with out little one. Followed by evening entertainment which we really enjoyed.

Bathroom felt a bit like it needed to be updated or made to look a bit nicer perhaps. And out toddler was not happy with the shower. Perhaps some family rooms with baths are needed

Excellent hotel for family with kids

Middle of September. Beach was clean, white sand, water was shallow and very warm, small or no waves - good for small children. Sun beds at the beach belong to the city and are not free of charge, but you have plenty of sun beds at the hotel where you can leave your stuff safely and walk only a few meters to the sea for a swim. Hotel was quite busy but sun beds were always available. Swimming pool was never crowded. Good quality soft pool/beach towels. The hotel is eco friendly, good quality drinking water was available at special water stations on each floor, which minimized the use of plastic water bottles by guests. Beautiful hotel territory. My daughter loved play rooms and the playground with the beach view. Breakfast and dinner were great, big choice, within 10 days didnt repeat. Food 10 out of 10. Room was bigger than we expected, quiet and clean. Wi-Fi in the room was very good if you need to make zoom video calls - no problem. Animation at the hotel was excellent. Very experienced and lively team. Every hour activities for kids and adults changed, great professional evening shows. Hotel staff very friendly, always helpful and smiling. Best hotel for family. I think one the best choices on the coast. We will return again.

This is not related to the hotel but to the experience of getting around : We didnt like the local public transport. It was very stressful to get to the city center with the baby stroller. Bus drivers were rude, didnt stop seen me having a baby stroller and if stopped required everyone to fold the strollers even if the baby was sleeping, or stroller not easy to fold, and made my two year old child wake up, stand and walk through the crowd at the front door, me holding her hand pushing through the crowd and carrying a heavy folded stroller not allowing me to pay at the front door but enter at the middle door. As a tourist I was shocked to receive this treatment at the European holiday destination especially with the child. Taxis were impossible to get. My advice - rent a car. We couldnt see much around as Im not a driver and public transport, getting a taxi was a terrible experience. Advice for a hotel - to consider a paid shuttle to the city center. Many guests with babies would use it.
