Very small area for breakfast and had to queue for a table. Some waited a long time. Not great shower

Great location, a short walk into town. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to get to and car parking available.

Good location, within walking distance of the train station. There was a basic breakfast in a shared space. The young lady on the team treated us kindly and promptly. The environment was clean and access to the property was easy and safe

Very good

It was fine for what I wanted and had a great Patisserie across the road.

Breakfast was good. Nice food.

Decor in the room was a bit grim. If you were suicidal, this could tip you over the edge. The entrance to the room is very dark grey, then two orange walls and two grey walls. Also, the only electric socket that worked was at the head of the bunk bed. I had to climb up there and I am 65 and a bit big to climb onto the bed from the ladder.

Superb value, comfortable and friendly hotel only a short walk from La Cite

All staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast.

It is cheap + you can park there for free, useful if you arrive late

Despite 24 hours check-in, we waited nearly 20 minutes to check-in (which well after midnight is hard) + it can be noisy when people come in late or leave early

Clean, basic hotel. Great place as a base to explore Carcasonne

It was clean and simple. Very basic, only 15 minute walk to the Medieval City. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate Continental breakfast.

Theres a short distance of walking on the road to get to a footpath that you need to be mindful of. Ask for a hairdryer in reception BEFORE your shower.
