The desk clerk on my arrival was exceptional. He was helpful, energetic, and intent on meeting any of my needs. All the staff were very good but he was a notch above.

I did not like that the 2nd floor balcony with an excellent view of the castle was off limits except at breakfast

Had a good time and would probably stay again.

The location was perfect, breakfast was really good

A very well located hotel with kind staff!

Very nice located hotel with friendly staff who facilitated our arrival on bicycles with a secured parking. Tiny room (space is scarce) but very clean and functional. Excellent generous brekfast!
