Very good

The view is great, and the location is perfect too. Be careful that there isn't a parking lot at the hotel, but the underground parking Gambetta is nearby.

The state bathroom was less than desirable. Tiles were uneven and moving, significant signs of wear and tear, and mold on the joints.

I would only stay here when visiting Carcasonne.

Perfect location. Staff very nice! Super clean.

The only thing about this room is that it is very sparsely decorated. I love this hotel and have stayed now three times. The other two rooms were decorated nicely whereas this one - no. The other two rooms were a 10!

I always have a good time, staff are so friendly

I had the room with a terrace and a fabulous view of the medieval cite.

Better choice of tea and coffee, I do not drink caffeine, there were no decaf options either tea or coffee
