Exceptional

Good location, beautiful town and friendly staff

Some weird people blocked our car and didnt want to move it on any purpose. They demanded money from us. The hotel staff helped us to solve this problem, specifically with translations and explanation of the french laws. We are very grateful to the coworkers of hotel, especially we are grateful to Madina, who was working at that day. Thank you ibis Budget team!

Over priced, nice breakfast, rude staff and good location.

Conveniently close to the Christmas markets.

Our room smelt of drains, really terrible smell. Older male receptionist came across quite rude.

Avoid if you like sleep.

Reasonable location.

Air Conditioning doesn't work. Can't open windows as the room immediately fills with cigarette smoke from all the other guests leaning out of their windows to smoke. VERY noisy. The self closing doors slam constantly up and down the corridor shaking the whole room. Children running up and down the corridor playing because the rooms are so small. Main road immediately outside is used as a racetrack all night. We selected parking on Booking.com, but the hotel never saw that. So we had to park "10 minutes away" in a very questionable area of town. Half the bathroom is in the room itself, a bit nasty. Incredibly expensive for what it is.

Good

Our room was clean. It was just like you see on photos. It was quite at night, easy to sleep. The location was perfect, you can reach xmas markets by 5 mins walk. It was also near the train station (15 min walk).

Breakfast didn't have many options, It was simple but enough. Beds were not so comfortable.
