Fantastic

Everything. Also , I lost my passport in the hotel . On finding it , the staff , without hesitation , arranged for a cab to bring to the airport so i was able to get home . Thanks so much again

Highly recommended for people who want to go travel to iceland!

The stay was excellent!! The interior design was good, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and quite spacious, location was perfect, we could go anywhere and get anything we need by walking or by bus.

Room was extremely small with a view of nothing with bad lighting. Also, there is no parking and the hotel was extremely difficult to find with poor signage and one way streets

The staff is amazing. They were so helpful and patient and kind. The room was so beautiful with great comfortable beds and super spacious. Although we didnt use the gym it was beautiful

Great location, great staff, and very good breakfast

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Clean quite large room, walk-in shower with huge rain shower head. The location is super central and just 3 3-minute walk from one of the drop off of the main tourist coach (Fly bus); just say you want to get to the parliament. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but was surprisingly good. You can order eggs as you wish, and I recommend taking the pancakes.

It's not that I didn't like, just I didn't use but important for others to know - the spa cost when I've been there 5500 pp for the guests.

Brilliant and very comfort stay

The hotel is really nice in a great location. Very conformable interior, bot lobby and the room. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel key cards didn't work twice but the front desk staff sorted it out in no time.
